Formats

  • We work to picture in Quicktime (.mov) format.
  • The best way to get us your movie is to upload a Quicktime (.mov) file with sound (music on one channel, sound/dialog on the other) to a web/ftp server and give us the url or account info on the Start My Score form. Any resolution/compression is fine as long as we can see it well enough to score it. 200-400 pixels wide is a good range.
  • Second best way is to get us the quicktime file on a CD, DVD, or hard drive.
  • Of course, if you prefer to deliver it in another format, we can take any standard format.
  • It's best to upload the final version of the film. Edits after we've started scoring can change costs and time estimates.

The Process

  • We can collaborate and discuss as much or as little as you like.
  • We'll check in with you as needed, and you'll have on-line access to check the real-time status of your project 24/7.
  • Our clients usually prefer downloading since it's faster, but we can send the score to you on CD if you prefer. For projects that require other formats (i.e. ProTools sessions), we can deliver in whatever format you need.

Costs and Payment

  • You can get a demo or an estimate of the cost of your project by clicking the appropriate checkboxes on the Start A Score form.
  • If you know your music budget, just include it on the form. We'll let you know what we can do with it.
  • You can pay via check or PayPal.
